Rosewood Residences, Esencia, Puerto Rico is owned and being developed, offered and sold by Three Rules Capital (“Developer”). The project is not owned, developed or sold by Rosewood Hotels and Resorts, Esencia, Puerto Rico or any of its affiliates (“Rosewood”). Developer uses Rosewood marks pursuant to a license agreement with Rosewood, terminable according to its terms. Rosewood assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the project, and makes no representation or warranty in respect thereof.
